[-] 1.Signup For Free
You can sign-up for your employer's account free of charge.You need to confirm your
valid email address before you can proceed with the sign-up process.

[-] 2.Post your project
Once you create an account,you can start posting projects.
|

[-] 3.Receive bid requests
As soon as a contractor makes a bid for your posted project,you will receive an email
with the relevant details.

[-] 4.Accept/reject bids
Once you receive an appropriate number of bids or anytime before the bidding deadline,
you can choose a bid from a particular contractor.If you are not satisfied with the bids
you receive,you can either extend the bidding deadline or cancel the project.

[-] 5.Receive completed project
On or before the completion deadline, the contractor shall deliver a completed project.If
there is a delay,you can extend the deadline,renegotiate terms of the project or cancel the
project.

[-] 6.Make Payment
If the contractor completes the project as specified on the project agreement,you will
make a payment through a mechanism negotiated between you and the contractor.We suggest
PayPal for a quick and safe payment.

[-] 7.Rate your contractor
Once a project is completed and payment is made,you are encouraged to rate your
contractor.This will help other employers assess the suitability of that contractor.
