It is a website that connects Ethiopian IT Professionals with potential employers. Once a project is posted, Professionals can make bids specifying such things as price and timeline. Once a project is completed both professionals and employers will rate each other. This rating system is an integral part of the site, and helps both employers and professionals in making a decision. |
| What is the cost of using the service? |

At this time, there is no cost in using the site. Both contractors and employers can sign up free of charge. This could change sometime in the future. |
| How do I pay the contractor? |
|
Payment is arranged privately between the contractor and employer. We suggest using PayPal for a quick and safe transaction. When it is not possible to use PayPal, Western Union or bank transfer can be used. In the near future we plan to introduce an escrow system, whereby the fee for a project would be held with an independent third party until project is completed. |
| What if there is a dispute between contractor and employer? |

Currently all disputes between contractors and employers are handled privately. In the near future we plan to introduce a dispute resolution mechanism. |
| How do I protect confidential information? |

We suggest you make potential contractors sign a confidentiality agreement before providing full information about your project. |
